Aures Capital is a quantitative research and proprietary trading firm founded in 2011. We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Intern. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting investment strategies performance analysis and reporting, as well as assisting the firm with various business development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Investment Strategies Performance Analysis:
-Conduct quantitative analysis of investment strategies.
-Utilize statistical tools and models to evaluate strategy performance and identify areas for improvement.
-Collaborate with the investment team to develop insights and recommendations based on analysis.
2. Reporting:
-Prepare regular performance reports and investment strategies presentations
-Assist in developing visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate performance metrics
3. Business Development Support:
-Assist in market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities
-Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals
4. Data Management:
-Collect, organize, and maintain data related to investment strategies, performance, and business development activities.
-Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data quality checks.
Requirements:
- Holding or pursuing a degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Marketing, Science or similar subjects
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills and presentation skills
- Experience with presentation tools such as Powerpoint
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel
- Experience in programming languages such as Python is a plus
- Experience working with database systems is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time
