Job Overview:

The Business Operations Intern will work closely with the team to enhance our current processes, clean up and maintain our database, and review our contracts. This is a fantastic opportunity for an intern who is technically proficient, eager to learn, and passionate about solving problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve existing business processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Database Management: Clean up, update, and maintain our database to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Assist in reviewing and organizing contracts, ensuring all documentation is current and properly filed.
• Provide technical assistance and support for process automation and system optimization.
• Identify operational issues and develop innovative solutions to address them.

Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail, organised and able to contribute your analytical and interpersonal skills to the delivery of projects.
• Highly proficient in excel
• Proactive, innovative, flexible and willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities
• Able to work independently
