Job Description

Task #1: Work on all things Instagram directly with Amanda

I will: 
Provide jewelry images and videos and upload them into Planoly
Write basic descriptions + details of products in the notes (which you will not know)
e.g. Halo ring design, 0.36 carats of diamonds, 18K Rose Gold 

Your responsibilities: 

1. Help me plan the feed in Planoly so it looks nice and ‘on-brand as we keep going - see our instagram for what I mean (e.g. there is always a solid color square every 3 rows)

Over time, think of other ways we can make our feed interesting but still on-brand using:
- Complementary photos or videos as inspiration (I have saved many on my IG account)
- Any other Canva designs which will make the grid exciting and helpful + help me close sales easier

2. Take the info I provide + create captions that
- engage my target audience
- provide value
- generate sales... Please study all my previous posts to get a sense of my brand voice

Over time, develop a list of ‘interesting hooks’ we always use to engage the audience using best practices

3. Do hashtag research so each post is optimised

4. Schedule the posts in Planoly for the best times 

5. Plan the Instastories we can post every day (I can try to upload all my videos and photos in Planoly for you to plan, but it would be good to schedule it out and develop a style maybe. If you have other ideas for engaging stories that don’t involve our own original content e.g. getting people to vote on a collage of designs, that’s great too)

6. Instagram engagement: Make sure that you go through the whole inbox and we follow up on possible leads and what they’re interested in so when we post something relevant we can reach out to them. Get them added to our email

Task #2 - Repurpose old and new Instagram content to all other platforms 

1. Facebook
2. Google for Business posts! → Definitely want to post offers and deals on Google for Business.
3. Blog posts
4. Emails to nurture clients
5. LinkedIn company page

Task #3 - Email marketing strategy 

- Segment and create emails for each audience to nurture them
- Keep track of who is opening emails so maybe I need to follow up with ‘hot leads’ who click certain things
- Implement retention strategies
- Launch referral program to give ex-clients benefits

Task #4 - Conceptualise and implement other marketing initiatives to grow sales 

- SEO
- Google Ads

We are looking for someone who:
1. Is a self-starter and motivated rockstar who wants to get experience growing a company through strategic marketing initiatives
2. Cares about getting details right. The luxury customer notices EVERYTHING.
3. Must love making things beautiful and have a high standard for all things visual. Good eye for design.
4. Must have perfect English. No grammar mistakes because luxury clients have high expectations.
5. You must love thinking about marketing and how to write copy that engages the audience (social media management experience is preferred)
6. Fast-learner - knows how to Google and find out when unsure
7. Would be a plus if you’re familiar with below apps. If not, you can learn, no worries there.

b. ActiveCampaign - know how to segment + send out campaign emails
c. Squarespace for blog writing
