We are known as Audio House because we started off retailing audio equipment in 1989. We maintain the business name until today even though we now sell almost everything our customers need for their homes.

• Achieve personal and department’s sales target on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Ensure customer enquiry are properly addressed and escalate customer complaints to related departments.
• Other ad-hoc customer service-related duties as assigned.
• Adhere to workplace safety and health policies, practice safe work procedures and safety rules implemented at the workplace; and not engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger self or others.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels and above. Prior 1 – 2 years of working experience in customer service industry would be advantageous.
• Good verbal communication, interpersonal and written skills; with pleasant and positive attitude.
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office will be an added advantage.
• Working location: 2 mins walk from UBI MRT.
• Able to commit to shifts.

Willing to work on a 6 days’ work week – Retail hours: rotate between 11.30am – 8pm, and 12.30pm – 9pm with off on a fixed weekday.
