Audi Singapore Pte Ltd – Sales Interns (Data Analytics), Bentley

This position supports Regional sales operations through the provision of timely and accurate reporting, carrying out planning processes and liaison with the Factory and Retailer Network.

• Production of reports to forecast and track Retail, Wholesales and Stock positions
• Update monthly performance reporting packs
• Monthly set up and distribution of Retailer margin file tracker
• Completion of quarterly tactical campaign requisition/amendment forms and the loading of vehicles in BOOM for campaign payment processing
• Option uptake value tracking and reporting
• Formatting and distribution of reports, communications and price books to Retailer network
• Monitor and reporting to Regional team on Retailer CRM activity
• Liaising with Central Planning regarding ad hoc Retailer queries
