Job Description

Working with a dynamic team, you have the opportunity to support the implementation of marketing plans including events, customer delight activities, and other digital and conventional media marketing activities. You will also assist various cross-discipline projects in line with the company’s strategy. Working on the quantitative side, you will support the Aftersales business operations, and assist to track and follow-up on the Aftersales KPIs. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Support in the execution of customer delight activities
  • Assist in event preparation and on-site support 
  • Brainstorm Ideas for Aftersales content via online and traditional media; be involved in photo shoots and liaison with vendors/ agencies 
  • Assist in copywriting of e-newsletters, eDMs and image editing as required
  • Offer ideas and support in the implementation of projects involving various departments and our dealership 
  • Support Aftersales business operations in the preparation, generation and verification of Aftersales reports for various stakeholders
  • Assist the Team in any other Aftersales, and Dealer Development matters 

Job Requirements 

  • Interest in the automotive industry
  • Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced and intercultural environment
  • Service-oriented, resourceful, and adaptable to change
  • A self-motivated team player who possesses a can-do attitude, and willingness to be hands-on
  • Adept in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel formulae and tools) and image editing software
  • Pursuing a degree in business management/ administration
  • Possesses a valid class 3 driving license
