Specifically, ADPL focuses on Critical Information Infra-Structure Protection (OT/ICS/SCADA) and Enterprise IT Operation Management (ITIL/ITSM) products and Services.
Since its inception in mid-2014, ADPL has been awarded numerous projects in protection of critical assets in the public and the private sectors in Singapore. With that, ADPL is in the midst of expanding its operations to the APAC region.
- Research, propose and conceptualize innovative solutions and creative use cases to address the pressing cybersecurity issues in the industry, based on the current pool of products ADPL carries (or new solutions if it fits the use case)
- Keep the team up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends and vulnerabilities
- Furnish and maintain the ‘blog’ section of ADPL website with important cybersecurity terms/acronyms/vulnerabilities explanations for visitors’ education purposes (preferably related to the current issues we are addressing but anything is fine actually)
- Research on new vulnerabilities on mainstream applications (e.g. social media sites, messaging apps, etc.,) [Optional - Depending on the student’s skill]
Requirements
Students from Computer Science/Computing & information/Information Technology in disciplines
Possess an innovative and open mind-set
A well-natured, result-oriented, self-motivating, self-driven team player
Basic technical knowledge in cybersecurity is not necessary but advantageous.
