AT Group Management – Marketing Intern

We are seeking a hardworking, committed intern to join the Group Marketing Communications team for 16 hours per week, schedule to be confirmed. The role will be responsible for supporting the Business Development Team in administrative and marketing support duties.

Duties:

• Responsible for accurate and consistent data entry (contact details, meeting minutes) into database on behalf of the Business Development Team
• Assist database users in basic data analysis by charting existing and potential key business referral relationships with a view to increase new business flows
• Formatting and standardisation of client presentations and/or other marketing materials for the Business Development Team 
• Distribution of electronic newsletters, including assisting with compiling articles from Business Development Team, managing content and layout.
• Assist the Business Development Team with marketing events and roadshow administration

Candidate:
