1. Conduct value stream mapping for Logistics Operations.
2. Analyse current warehouse layout and propose how to further optimize utilization.
3. Look at current process/systems and propose areas where automation and digital transformation is applicable.
4. Work on understanding circulation time for certain materials and improve return rate.
5. Look at daily operations and touch-points with other departments (Customer Service, Planning) and propose a more efficient way of working.
