1. Assist with the development of human resource initiatives to support the development of corporate policies.
2. Represent the Human Resource department to potential applicants, current employees and the public in a professional manner.
3. Respond to inquiries and ensure proper handling of requests for information and assistance from employees, management, outside agencies, applicants and the general public.
4. Assist to maintain accurate and detailed confidential employee record files on matters such as employment history
