Position Details:

We are seeking a Junior Project Executive to add to our team who can organize sales and project activities. The successful applicant will work closely with our Capital Equipment Division Team to ensure that all the administrative and support functions of the sales & project activity are going smoothly. Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposal.
  • Co-ordinate after-sales support to clients when needed.
  • Handle order processing with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Liaise and oversee delivery arrangements with clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of promotional materials for events and conferences.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment and information.
  • Monitor project progress and assist to handle any issues that arise.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.

 

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Nitec/ Higher Nitec / Diploma in any related field.
  • Preferably 2 years of related experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service mindset and superb communication skills (written, oral and electronic).
  • Need to communicate with factory in China regularly and translate document in Chinese.
  • High level of attention to detail with a love for organizing.
  • Must be fluent in MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge in Auto-Cad drawing will be an added advantage.
  • Position is available only for SC, Permanent Residence or Dependent Pass Holders.
