Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated teachers for English, Chinese, Math, and Science to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one, one-on-two, and group classes, adapting teaching methods to engage and support students with diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Develop detailed lesson plans, outlining objectives, instructional methods, activities, and assessments tailored to each class.
  • Design and administer quizzes, tests, and projects to evaluate student progress effectively.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback on student work and assign grades.
  • Foster a positive and engaging classroom environment that encourages learning and participation.
  • Stay updated with educational research, best practices, and new teaching technologies through continuous professional development.
  • Maintain open and regular communication with course consultants regarding student progress, behavior, and concerns.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and support staff to enhance the overall learning experience and support students with diverse needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful connections with young learners.
  • A collaborative approach, working effectively with the professional development team and engaging students.
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Extensive experience teaching primary school and kindergarten students.
  • Ability to create customized lesson plans that cater to students' varying needs.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese (as most of our clients are from China).
