Responsibilities
Provide day to day operational support on Windows Server, Vmware and Hardware technologies.
Handle daily email requests
In charge of Software/ Hardware procurements and liaise with vendors
Firewall administration – whitelisting and simple firewall troubleshooting
Operation escalation management
Continually improve operations through routine monitoring of system performance metrics and proactive actions.
Reviewing of system log files, trend analysis, configuration, incident and problem management processes.
Microsoft Active Directory administration
Support systems to ensure high degree of usability that is balanced with stringent security requirements
To ensure all users’ machines protected with antivirus and up to date.
Operating and supporting the IT infrastructure and services implemented so as to meet prescribed service levels
To support onsite deployment
Review and improve work processes based on best practices
Requirements
currently pursuing degree in IT
operational management skills with proven experience primarily in Service Support on Microsoft Infrastructure
Microsoft Active Directory
Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (ADFS, DHCP, DNS, IIS, WSUS)
technical skills and knowledge in Directory Services & Microsoft infrastructure technologies which includes minimally the following:
technical skills with working knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure architecture including server technologies, virtualization, service-oriented architecture, database and storage technologies
