Job Description
  • General administrative support to the HR department 
  • Data entry & Filing
  • Photocopying and scanning duties
  • Verification of invoices
  • Coordinating appointments and meeting
  • Support logistics in all company-related events 
  • Given the exposure to assist the manager and executive in various HR projects
  • HR recruitment, job posting, scheduling of interviews, shortlisting candidates, onboarding
  • Any other ad-hoc activities

Qualifications

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, having both the ability to work well in a team or independent
  • Dedicated, meticulous and organised individual who has strong time management skills and is committed to getting the tasks done.
  • An individual that takes initiative, a self-starter, and is willing to learn.
  • Diploma/ Degree in Business related and preferred local Polytechnic and University
