Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the various systems or applications
- Learn and understand the various email templates purposes/objectives
- Working in a fast-paced product development team side by side with Product Owners and UX/UI Designers to develop Email templates for platforms and applications
- Craft dynamic, reusable code to support communication personalization via dynamic content
- Conceptualise, design and develop web / interactive Email templates (including mobile devices & other platforms)
- Provide input and suggest new and creative ideas for email designs
- Assist in testing of the email templates on various email clients
- Tackle new challenges with a positive and proactive mindset
- Document and share knowledge
- Actively participate in social engagements and team activities
Requirements
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design tools
- Intermediate knowledge of html and CSS
- Problem-solving abilities and ability to meet reasonable deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, oral/ written communication and cross-group collaboration skills
- Independent thinker with strong work ethic but also willing and able to conform to established architectural constraints
- Detail oriented with good organizational skills
- Strong team player, ability to build positive and collaborative relationships
- Ability to work under general supervision
- Self-starter, enthusiastic and team player
