We are seeking a Clinic Assistant to join our team in the dermatology and aesthetic clinics in Singapore. If you have a keen interest in skincare, dermatological treatments, and delivering excellent patient care, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow in the aesthetic healthcare field.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting doctor in medical aesthetic treatments.
- Provide frontline customer service.
- Scheduling of appointment and patient registration.
- Booking of referral appointments.
- Handling phone calls and inquiries.
- Process, tax invoices and payment collection.
- Maintaining inventory levels.
- Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties.
- Dispensing medication and skin care
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an aesthetic clinic or private clinic is a plus.
- Tech-savvy.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of planning and multitasking effectively.
- Possesses a positive work attitude and a willingness to learn.
