Responsibilities:
- Handles the full spectrum of accounts receivable / accounts payable.
- Prepares inter-company billings.
- Performs monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and schedules.
- Proper maintenance of documentation and filing.
- Assists in month-end closing and audits.
- Performs any other duties to be assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum “O” / “A” Level, Diploma in Finance / Accountancy or equivalents.
- Hands-on skill in Microsoft Office applications.
- Team player, willing to learn and highly motivated.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Possess good interpersonal skills.
