HR/Finance Assistant (Internship)

We are looking for a business development specialist who has the energy and skills to directly and in collaboration with our partners to ensure successful entry of our solutions in international and local markets.

To support local candidates Singaporean (or international candidates living in Singapore on a long-term pass) will be preferred but strong candidates internationally are also encouraged to apply especially with med-tech and rehabilitation backgrounds.
Key job responsibilities
- Providing support to staff members in other departments as needed
- Making travel arrangements for executives, including booking flights and arranging accommodations and transportation
- Assisting departments with reimbursements
- Preparing presentations for internal meetings on topics of finance, QA and HR
- Drafting letters and memos to staff members and customers, as directed by supervisor.
- Assisting with office supplies & pantry needs
- Other ad hoc responsibilities
