We are looking for a suitably qualified candidate to join us!

• Sourcing and prequalification of potential suppliers
• Issuance of/Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Symphony Project (upcoming green-field plant on Jurong Island) and other non-industrial ad-hoc projects (e.g car leasing, insurance, PPE, recruitment services)
• Liaise closely with the Project Team and other relevant stakeholders to ensure that the quotations received are in line with technical/commercial specifications. Negotiate with suppliers for best price and lead-time.
• Conduct Commercial Bid Evaluation (CBE) as final summary of negotiated rates and services.
• Presentation of proposed vendor to nomination committee stakeholders
• Assist in Purchase Requisition conversion to Purchase Order
• Daily and monthly up-keeping of standard purchasing reports
• Usage of Savings Declaration Tool to update savings negotiated by purchasing
• Draft MOM for Regional and internal meetings on ad-hoc basis
• Draft MOM for meetings with vendors/suppliers
