Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with setup, operation, and teardown of audio, visual, projection, and lighting equipment

  • Support on-site event operations and technical coordination

  • Assist with equipment handling, basic troubleshooting, and safety procedures

  • Support event logistics planning and preparation

  • Work closely with technical crew during live events

  • Maintain basic tidiness and organisation of production equipment and workspaces

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate in Technical Production, Audio Engineering, Event Management, Operations Management, Design, or related fields

  • Basic understanding of audio engineering and sound reinforcement systems

  • Familiarity with visual, projection, and multimedia systems

  • Basic knowledge of stage or architectural lighting systems

  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in end-to-end technical production and event operations

  • Positive learning attitude and openness to feedback

  • Willingness to assist in event logistics planning and on-site operations

  • Ability to handle equipment setup, teardown, and manual handling tasks

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and irregular schedules when required

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Basic organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

  • Physically fit and able to perform manual handling duties

Work Schedule

  • Standard office hours when applicable

  • Additional hours may be required during event periods

  • Off days or rest time will be provided where applicable in accordance with work schedules
