Key Responsibilities
Assist with setup, operation, and teardown of audio, visual, projection, and lighting equipment
Support on-site event operations and technical coordination
Assist with equipment handling, basic troubleshooting, and safety procedures
Support event logistics planning and preparation
Work closely with technical crew during live events
Maintain basic tidiness and organisation of production equipment and workspaces
Job Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Technical Production, Audio Engineering, Event Management, Operations Management, Design, or related fields
Basic understanding of audio engineering and sound reinforcement systems
Familiarity with visual, projection, and multimedia systems
Basic knowledge of stage or architectural lighting systems
Willingness to learn and develop skills in end-to-end technical production and event operations
Positive learning attitude and openness to feedback
Willingness to assist in event logistics planning and on-site operations
Ability to handle equipment setup, teardown, and manual handling tasks
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and irregular schedules when required
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Physically fit and able to perform manual handling duties
Work Schedule
Standard office hours when applicable
Additional hours may be required during event periods
Off days or rest time will be provided where applicable in accordance with work schedules
