About the Role
We're looking for a creative, social-media-savvy and hands-on UGC & Content Creation Intern to join our team!
You'll be responsible for coming up with creative content ideas, filming and producing short-form videos, and editing engaging content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. If you're obsessed with social media trends, have an eye for storytelling, and enjoy being behind or in front of the camera, this role is for you! Must be currently based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Film and produce short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms
- Attend on-location shoots at restaurants, events, and client premises to capture content
- Research and stay on top of the latest UGC, TikTok, Instagram, and video trends
- Plan and develop creative video concepts aligned with brand goals and campaign requirements
- Propose fresh and engaging content ideas that drive engagement and visibility
- Write simple scripts, prepare shot lists, storyboards, props, and other shoot requirements
- Film content using smartphones and/or cameras
- Edit videos using CapCut, InShot, or other basic video editing tools
- Be comfortable appearing in UGC content when required
- Work with influencers, creators, and clients during content shoots where required
- Organise and coordinate shoots from planning through to final content
- Monitor content performance and suggest ideas for improvement
- Stay updated with UGC best practices, social media trends, and emerging content formats
Requirements
- Must be currently based in Singapore
- Must be comfortable with filming and hands-on content production
- Creative with a strong interest in social media and digital content
- Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Basic filming and video editing skills
- Familiar with CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar tools
- Good eye for visuals, composition, and storytelling
- Comfortable travelling to different client locations for filming
- Comfortable being behind or in front of the camera
- Able to work independently and manage multiple content projects
- Previous experience creating UGC, Reels, TikToks, or other short-form content is a plus
- Portfolio or examples of previous video/content work would be an advantage
