Senior Web Developer & Web Applications Project Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Web Developer to lead the planning, development, customization, and delivery of websites and web applications across multiple platforms and industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and customization of corporate websites, custom web applications, web portals, e-commerce platforms, dashboards, and mobile-integrated systems

• Lead projects using Wix Studio and WordPress, as well as custom development frameworks where required

• Analyze and translate client business requirements into technical specifications, project scopes, and development roadmaps

• Compile detailed documentation including functional requirements, timelines, workflows, and deliverables

• Provide clear technical direction and guidance to web and mobile application developers

• Review, test, and approve deliverables to ensure quality, security, responsiveness, and performance standards

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution

• Manage post-launch updates, enhancements, and issue resolution

• Ensure compliance with usability standards and best development practices

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in website and web application development

• Strong proficiency in Wix Studio and WordPress platforms

• Proven experience managing custom web solutions and mobile application projects

• Strong ability to interpret business objectives into technical solutions

• Excellent command of English (written and verbal)

• Demonstrated leadership and project coordination capabilities

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Competencies

• Experience with APIs, integrations, and third-party platforms

• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices

• Familiarity with hosting environments, security protocols, and performance optimization

• Exposure to agile or structured project management methodologies
