Excellent work attitude and aptitude
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ensure all preventive maintenance are done satisfactorily.
Ensure all contracts are renewed timely.
Good customer service support to residents.
Able to work independently.
Respond to resident queries and feedback in timely manner.
Conduct regular checks and inspection of the estate.
Training will be provided
