Mynikmart.sg was created in September 2015, with a mission to be Singapore’s No. 1 online store that provides frozen halal food islandwide. Driving this effort is a retail store named Nikmart Halal Frozen located along the boisterous Joo Chiat Road which is opened to shoppers daily from 8am to 7pm (Sunday to Thursday) and 8am to 8pm (Friday & Saturday).
Guided by the philosophy to do well in order to do good for the community, mynikmart.sg was set up to bring convenience to the public with the goal of providing customer satisfaction on the products delivered with a sense of warmth, friendliness & company spirit.
We seek a highly motivated individual with drive to excel and determine to provide the best customer service possible.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer queries about promotions, orders, deliveries, and payments
- Process sales orders from customers through web-based system and phone calls.
- Conduct cold calling to persuade potential customers to purchase our products or sign up for the packages that we have.
- Follow through the entire order cycle from ordering to delivery of products.
- Actively answer phone calls and reply to email queries.
- To maintain and update our FB and Instagram page on a daily basis.
- Proactively identify areas of opportunities and drive process improvements
- Effectively manage all customer complaints within 24 hours.
- Perform trend analysis and drive improvements in customer satisfaction
- Any other duties assigned by your manager.
