Job Description
- Plan, execute, and manage creative media production projects for clients.
- Conceptualize and propose ideas for videos (corporate branding, TVCs, video advertisements, narrative films)
- Craft proposals to promote/sell the company's products/services to potential clients.
- Provide creative and administrative support to clients and team members.
- Handle different client accounts.
- Conduct research to suggest suitable locations for video shoots while managing necessary requirements from scripts, budget, and regulations.
- Be involved in the entire project workflow from pre-production planning to final product delivery.
- Engage in end-to-end customer support from acquiring new clients to onboarding to providing timely customer support.
- Putting together both a budget plan and production schedule for relevant projects.
- Coordinate with client and relevant team members effectively to reach project objectives.
- Brainstorm on marketing & digital content to generate new sales leads for the company.
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Provide efficient and effective customer service support for individual projects.
