Job Description
Digital Health Internship Role & Responsibilities
Digital Health Committee:
- Take minutes during monthly calls with working groups and other key meetings
- Support the working groups with desk research to create, structure and share knowledge on ongoing topics
- Based on topics selected with Committee manager, conduct desk research and write article drafts to be finalized with manager
Digital Health Events:
- Based on topics selected with Committee manager and members, select and contact speakers and moderators for events (webinars, talks, etc.) and collect materials for the event (headshots, bio, etc.)
- Organise briefing calls with speakers, moderator and Committee manager and plan the agenda of the event
- Manage the logistics and comms: create the event on Zoom (if digital), create the event in EventBank management platform and share it with members (EDM and social media), manage registrations
- Write a one-page summary of the event to be further disseminated
- Manage the comms after the event (upload materials on website, post on LinkedIn)
