What you'll be doing but not limited to:
- Daily data entry for machine files & records
- Coordination of machine movement
- Tracking machine movement
- Inventory control via excel
- Purchase order (PO) creation
- Drafting service agreement contact for client
- Organizing call ins for refund procedures
- Mailing monthly statement to clients
Requirements:
- Good attention to details as there will be data entry
- Able to work independently (Guidance will be provided for the first 2 month)
- Proficient in the use of Excel
- Singaporean or PR only
- No experience required
For Intern, upon completion of the program you may be offered a Part Time/ Full Time career opportunity with us upon satisfactory performance
Working Hours & Day:
5.5 Days
0830 – 1730 Monday to Friday
0830 – 1300 Saturday
Internship - $800 to $1000
Full Timer - Upwards to $1800
