We are seeking a motivated AI Product & Strategy Intern to join the Managing Director’s Office at AP Academy and support the development of our AI-powered learning products and digital solutions.
This role is designed as an executive apprenticeship, where the intern will gain exposure to both product development and business strategy in an EdTech and corporate training environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting product planning by translating business goals into structured product ideas, feature outlines, and development requirements
- Assisting with prompt engineering, testing, and quality assurance for AI-powered learning simulations and tools
- Conducting user testing, analysing usage patterns, and identifying opportunities to improve learning experience and engagement
- Researching market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the AI and EdTech space
- Supporting the preparation of internal reports, product demos, and strategic materials for stakeholders
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by the management and product teams
Through this internship, the intern will gain hands-on experience at the intersection of AI, product management, and business strategy, while working closely with senior leadership on real-world digital transformation initiatives.
