Understand and appreciate

• Basics of general insurance and process of managing insurance (risk transfer) contracts
• Affinity insurance program design, implementation and servicing
• Client’s risk and insurance requirements
• Specialised risk and insurance resources within Aon

Experience life of risk and insurance advisor through

• Attending client and insurer meetings
• Supporting the team at exhibitions and events
• Scan documents
• Arrange dispatch of documents

Data management support for account servicers

• Compile and collate monthly program performance reports for clients
• Receive, verify and communicate declarations to insurers

Client Servicing

• Branch visiting & trainings
• Come up with marketing incentive programs
• Offsite attachment at Uber office
• Assist in formulating efficient servicing process

Other duties and projects assigned

Job Requirements

• Undergraduates graduating between December 2019 and June 2020 preferred
• Degree in any discipline, 2nd class honors or GPA 3.0 and above strongly preferred
• Strong interest in Insurance Broking
• Meticulous and able to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work as an integral part of a team, fostering teamwork and cultivating relationships, as well as work independently or with minimal direction
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Critical and innovative thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Self- motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
• Adaptability – quick learner
