Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Deal Execution: Assist senior team members in executing complex financial transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and capital raising activities.
  2. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling, including financial statement analysis, valuation modeling, and financial due diligence to support strategic decision-making.
  3. Market Research: Conduct comprehensive industry and market research to identify potential investment opportunities, analyze industry trends, and support client pitches and presentations.
  4. Documentation: Prepare and review pitch books, confidential information memorandums, investment memorandums, and other transaction-related documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  5. Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and potential investors through effective communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, accounting, and marketing professionals, to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
  7. Due Diligence: Assist in conducting due diligence exercises, including reviewing legal documents, identifying potential risks, and preparing reports for clients and investors.
  8. Industry Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments relevant to our clients, providing insights to senior team members and clients.
