- Job Description
***Candidate must have in-depth Excel Dashboard knowledge
1. Dashboard Development
- Develop dashboard for Bank Utilization, Users (country) & Interest Rates
- Develop dashboard for Trade purchase by commodities, by countries, by shipment period/accounting period & by margin
2. Trade Execution
- Prepare/issue shipping instruction to suppliers
- Issue invoice & packing list to buyers
- Issue credit note & debit note of claims
- Prepare shipping documents for despatch and liaise with courier and buyers of despatch details
- Prepare advance notice to acounts dept for forthcoming payments
- Check shipping documents from sellers are in compliance with contracts
- Check supplier bank details are in the registered list
3. Other Assignment
- Other tasks as and when new assignments arise
