Salary range : $1,800 to $2,300 with incentives, dependent on experience

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning stages with relevant parties for our corporate clients
- Assist in a variety of HR projects, including candidate sourcing and scheduling, employee engagement programs, learning and development coordination
- Manage and update recruitment database, post and manage open positions
- Handle requests for information and data (background checks)
- Perform other routine administrative and clerical duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma holder or equivalent
Singaporean/Singapore PR only
Able to converse in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferably with customer-service related experience
Independent and self-motivated
PC literate
