Anake Pte Ltd – Finance Intern

We are currently looking for a Finance Intern to join our team and support our finance department. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and contribute to key finance and accounting functions within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Help with account reconciliations
• Perform filing and document management to ensure organized and up-to-date financial records
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports
• Assist with invoice processing 
• Carry out ad hoc administrative and finance duties as required by the team

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to tasks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite) is a plus
• Previous internship or part-time experience in an accounting or administrative role is beneficial
