Job Description

Description:

The role provides support for Sales and Operations Team and is a clear-minded and organized individual who make sure that Sales and logistical operations across the showroom and office is seamless.

Applicant is responsible for administering omni-channel sales processes from payment to fulfilment at the showroom, for the service center and online channels. He/She has a keen eye for details and a positive attitude towards learning and taking initiatives at work. Applicant has a goal-oriented mind set and is flexible in adapting to changing priorities. The ability to work as a team with fellow colleagues to accomplish tasks and reach objective is critical and a self-motivated individual who can work independently is required.

 

Responsibilities:

· To directly assist the Boutique Manager and Operations Office
· Attend to telephone calls and customer enquiries from e-mails and other online channels
· To assist in the Sales processes in the showroom and e-commerce, ensuring Sales Order Fulfilment by generating invoice, receipt, processing payment and liaising with operations department on outbound logistical arrangements.
- To provide customer-service support for the Service Centre by administering the quotation, invoicing, payment and liaising for collection/delivery.
· To administer the stock-taking and stock-keeping functions within the showroom.
· To ensure consistency in availability and status of stocks in showroom and online channels.
· Working collaboratively with internal business units such as Marketing, Finance and Operations/Procurement.
· Conducting online research and studies on products with the Sales & Marketing team.
· Showroom Sales function.
· Performing other duties that are assigned.

 

Requirements:

· Min. 1 year of relevant experience.
· Proficient in computer skills – MS Word, Excel
· Proficient in spoken and written English
· Creative, team-player and spontaneous attitude.
· Resourceful and willingness to learn in area where lacking.
· Flexible and Adaptable to changing priorities.

COVID-19 considerations:

We adopt Safe Measure Management practice here where hand sanitizers are issued and regular cleaning of the office is performed. Have a mask on is compulsory and a temperature check is in place.

Education:
Diploma
NITEC/HIGHER-NITEC (At Least)

 

Experience:
Experience in Sales and Administrative roles, regardless of industry. Experience in luxury FMCG and valuation industry stands a higher chance.
