We are looking for a vibrant go-getter to join our fast-paced healthcare start-up. The Multimedia Design Communications Intern must also be a self-starter who is able to work independently and remotely, with little supervision, to not only achieve but exceed goals.
The Multimedia Design Communications Intern must have a portfolio to showcase past works including video animations. The incumbent must also be a valuable team player who is able to work with different departments and individuals to co-develop and implement design communications materials.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with content strategists, copywriters to brainstorm, develop, and complete projects.
- Create sketches/ideas using computer animation or modeling software.
- Create storyboards to demonstrate animation sequences and illustrate keys scenes in the production.
- Use Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, digital cameras, and other tools to create graphics and animation.
- Edit animation based on feedback from other animators, designers, and directors.
- Conduct research for upcoming projects to assist with animation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Work on a tight timeline
Job Requirement
Education
- Required: At least a Diploma in Graphic Design and Multimedia.
- Rreferred: At least grade ‘B’ in ‘O’ Level English language
Work Experience
Required:
- Experience in developing and applying transmedia and omni-channel marketing communications plans.
- Proficient with the following software and applications:
- Adobe: Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro
Preferred:
- Some experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Ability to think creatively and express new ideas.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Extremely proficient with 3D animation software.
- Proficient with the following software and applications:
Adobe: Illustrator, After Effects Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro, Microsoft
Office Suite, Google Workspace
