AlpSoft Group of Companies have been incorporated since 2002 and have over the years, gained an array of experience and knowledge with regards to end-to-end solutions and IT services. 

• Provide first-level troubleshooting and support for company systems, including workplace devices, servers, networks, Microsoft 365, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
• Monitor security events and promptly report any abnormalities.
• Track server and network performance to ensure system availability and stability.
• Assist with password resets and account unlocks.
• Perform initial log analysis and route issues to higher-tier support or the appropriate Resolver Team.
  • Record and manage all transactions and cases within the Service Management System.
  • Send broadcast notifications to relevant stakeholders when required.
  • Provide timely status updates and follow up on escalated cases until closure, in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure all daily tasks are carried out in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
