This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the founders and start-up team. The candidate will be primarily responsible for managing sales and the leads funnel and coordinating with parents to come up with the best arrangement for the child.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and address questions and concerns through phone, email and internet channels
• Input on marketing and social media plans
• Provide feedback based on customer interactions to improve different aspects of the business including service, training, sales and marketing
• Administrative responsibilities and creating reports as required

Profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-driven and organised
• First hand experience in a customer facing role is an advantage
• A background in the education sector is beneficial but not required
