Role Overview
As a Customer Experience Executive at Alpha Vitality, you are more than a front-of-house representative. You are the human embodiment of our brand, the first impression a client receives and the lasting one they carry with them. In this role, you will create thoughtful, personalised experiences that reflect our premium standards, guide clients confidently through our offerings, and ensure that every visit feels as exceptional as the results we deliver.
From coordinating wellness assessments and managing daily operations to resolving feedback with care and supporting clinical workflows, you will play an integral role in shaping the Alpha Vitality journey for every individual who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Service Excellence
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client interactions, addressing enquiries, feedback, and concerns with genuine empathy and professionalism.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Alpha Vitality's full range of diagnostics, therapies, supplements, and membership offerings to advise clients with clarity and confidence.

Operations & Clinical Coordination
- Manage daily appointment scheduling, room allocation, and client flow to maintain an efficient and seamless operational environment.
- Ensure all wellness facilities and consultation spaces are consistently prepared and presented to the highest standard.
- Maintain accurate and compliant client records, consent documentation, and data entries within the CRM system, adhering to PDPA requirements at all times.
- Uphold and support established Standard Operating Procedures, proactively flagging service gaps or operational inefficiencies to management.
- Handle service recovery cases with accountability and urgency, ensuring timely resolution and a restored client experience.
Retail & Facility Management
- Oversee merchandise inventory levels, coordinate timely restocking, and maintain visual merchandising displays that reflect Alpha Vitality's premium identity.
- Support the smooth running of the client experience desk, including scheduling coverage and queue management.
Community Engagement & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the delivery of client events, wellness workshops, and community engagement initiatives.
- Gather and communicate client insights to management, supporting a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.
- Stay current with all promotions, programme updates, and new service launches to serve as a well-informed resource for clients at all times.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Business, Healthcare Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
- At least 1 to 3 years in a client-facing role, ideally within wellness, fitness, healthcare, hospitality, or lifestyle environments.
- Backgrounds in clinical coordination, premium wellness, or cabin crew and guest relations are strongly welcomed.
Skills & Attributes
- Warm, polished communicator who builds rapport naturally and handles sensitive situations with composure and discretion.
- Customer-first in mindset, with the ability to balance empathy with operational efficiency under pressure.
- Comfortable with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and general productivity software. Exposure to healthcare IT platforms is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, with a sound grasp of PDPA requirements and data compliance practices.
- A proactive, collaborative team player who adapts well to a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
- Openness to obtaining AED/CPR certification as part of the role.
- A sincere passion for preventive health and longevity, with values that align closely with Alpha Vitality's mission.
