Job Descriptions
- Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Creation of Customer Code.
- Assisting in weekly cash forecast.
- Follow up on long outstanding debts with customers.
- Customer and inter-company reconciliations.
- Assist the Finance team in the monthly financial closing and management reporting.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting or Equivalent
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures
- Knowledge of relevant accounting software
- Proficient in data entry and management
- Candidates must have related Accounting experience.
