• Greet clients
• Breakfast Table Set-up
• Breakfast 'Mis en place'
• Prepare simple breakfast and beverages
• Ensure that dining area is ready for breakfast
• Keeping the kitchen free from food droppings
• Clear soil plates, wipe the tables etc.
• Clear the dustbin from food waste to the sluice room
• Take weekly food orders from the residents
• Replenish stocks and dry stores
• Practice food safety and hygiene

Job Requirements:-

• Must have a valid Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate
• Experience is working in the kitchen or restaurants
• Willing to work 12 hour shift (7 am to 7 pm)
