Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products, features, and use cases to support marketing initiatives.
• Create engaging, product-led content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, articles, and the company website.
• Assist in crafting product messaging, recommendations, and value propositions tailored to different audiences.
• Support the design and editing of marketing and product materials such as brochures, catalogues, presentations, and sales collaterals.
• Contribute to video scripts, product explainers, graphics, and other multimedia content.
• Schedule, publish, and optimize content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Monitor social media performance and analyze engagement metrics to improve content and product messaging.
• Assist in responding to comments and messages under the guidance of the Senior Marketing Manager.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including product launches, email marketing, paid ads, and events.
• Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor products to support positioning and recommendations.
• Track and report on campaign and content performance, providing insights to refine product marketing strategies.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving product communication and audience targeting.
• Help maintain and update customer, product, and market databases.
• Support overall marketing planning and execution with a focus on product alignment.

Requirements

• Strong design skills and familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Ability to assist with video editing; familiarity with tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut is a plus.
• Strong interest in product marketing, storytelling, and customer-centric content.
• Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and presenting or explaining products.
• Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Dependable, proactive, and a team player.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Understanding of Mandarin is an added advantage.
