Allies of Skin – Digital Content Creation Intern

Allies of Skin is looking for a Digital Content Creation Intern who will be responsible for assisting the Creative Team in the day-to-day operations of the brand's social and digital channels by: 

• Assisting in producing visuals ranging from lifestyle product sittings, infographics and other supporting visual assets - e.g helping out with Instagram Stories.
• Coordinating and executing the company’s social media strategy across key social media channels such as Instagram and Facebook
• Providing support with press inquiries and other communications-related duties
• Research for content related activities
• Participate in daily conversations with consumers on social media and digital channels 
• Writing copy for various digital channels
• Providing ad-hoc support for the operations team, as and when required

The ideal candidate will have:

• Familiarity with key social media tools (eg. Instagram, Facebook)
• Be proficient in visual editing software such as Photoshop and Illustrator
• The ability to think outside of the box and be a self-starter when it comes to any task
• Proven written communication skills, and a passion for writing both short and long copy
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• An interest in marketing, communications, and social media
• A passion for beauty, skincare, and lifestyle
• Excellent attention to detail and a high motivation to learn
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and a resilient attitude towards challenges especially in a fast-paced working environment
• The ability to prioritise work and complete tasks with quick turnaround times and minimal fuss
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team

Length of Engagement: Minimum 3 months, Monday-Friday.
