Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with outbound calls to potential customers (cold calls)
Assist with follow-up calls, emails, and message tracking
Help prepare call lists and update customer information
Record call outcomes and maintain basic sales records
Support simple sales research and lead qualification
Assist with other sales-related tasks as needed
Requirements
Native or fluent Japanese (spoken and written)
Basic English communication skills
Comfortable speaking on the phone
Interest in sales, business, or international work
Organized, reliable, and willing to learn
