Job Description

The intern will assist the Operational Market Management team in procurement related activities, building up vendor documentation and liaison with internal stakeholders. In addition, he/she will provide support to the reporting manager with other ad-hoc duties assigned, e.g., meeting minutes taking, scheduling of meetings.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Perform a 1-time update of vendor log, ensuring the inclusion of last Vendor Integrity Screening date + contract date + other vendors not in vendor log
  • Storing of all necessary documentation such as Conduct of Conduct, Contracts, Vendor Integrity Screening, etc.
  • Ensuring existing contracts (non-IT) has mandatory Allianz clause (to identify) and work with legal to get the contracts clean up with vendor
  • Introduce supplier performance management and engage respective functions in the review
  • Collaborate with respective functions to gather all the information required for the comprehensive vendor log

Capabilities and Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate in any relevant field of study
  • Proficiency in MS Office software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Good spoken and written communication skills with the ability to initiate conversation/email to colleagues
  • Able to follow instructions and adapt to working environment with minimal supervision
