Supporting and Assisting the Head of Marketing in the following areas:
- Market research & customer data analysis
- UX/UI design, change request management, implementation support (Project-based)
- Marketing operational support along the planning, execution review, approval and evaluation processes, ongoing Brand compliance review across channels, platforms and touchpoints to ensure quality and consistency
- Google Analytics: dashboard analysis, reporting, insights sharing
- Ad hoc tasks: Documentation, marketing collaterals, event support, presentations
