Key Responsibilities
Support QA testing across browsers and devices to validate key website functionalities.
Assist in validating GA4 events, basic SEO tags, and GTM triggers based on guidance.
Log issues in a clear, structured format using Jira and maintain related test logs in Google Sheets.
Collaborate with developers and PMs to confirm fixes and help with test case revalidation.
Participate in UAT rounds and assist in organizing QA documentation.
Proactively highlight any blockers or inconsistencies during testing cycles.
Prerequisites
Solid understanding of web basics (HTML/CSS, how web pages load, basic DOM inspection)
Ability to follow and execute structured test cases, log bugs, and replicate issues with screenshots or recordings
Working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel for managing test matrices and issue logs
Basic understanding of Analytics and SEO is a plus
Exposure to tools like Agile and related tools (Jira, Confluence etc.)
Detail-oriented and methodical
Eager to learn from cross functional teams
Reliable and good at repetitive, focused tasks
Asks questions early and communicates blockers clearly
