Job title: Operations Manager

• Alcotech is established in 2012 and is a company that specializes in Drug and Alcohol Testing.

• Our mission is to create a substance-free safe working environment for our customers

• You will join us as a full-time employee. Together with the 2 existing partners, you will be an important part of the core team to implement ideas and explore business opportunities.

Get to know the Role:

• You will manage the overall operations of the business. We will show you the ropes.

The day-to-day activities:

• Communicate with customers via email and phone

• Keep operational expenses competitive

• Ship out products to customers by working with the company courier

• Showcase products to occasional walk-in customers

• Update products on online sales channel (our website, eBay, Lazada, Qoo10, carousell, etc)

• Sound understanding and application of marketing funnel via different communication platforms

• Advise and direct web developer to make changes to websites

• Liaise with our vendors and clients internationally with both phone and email

• Office working environment

The must-haves:

• Willing to learn, speak up and cover all operational matters

• Savvy with computers and the internet

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Driven and Entrepreneurial

Nice to have

• University degree or Diploma

Hiring process

• Initial 15mins phone interview

• Final Face to face interview

Work Environment:

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
