Alcohol Delivery – Finance Intern

We are an on-demand wine, beer, whisky, and spirits marketplace that makes getting alcohol products as hassle-free and in one hour, served chilled. 

Responsibilities:

- Basic data entries into Netsuite (cloud based accounting system) and Xero 

- Assist with cash/bank reconciliation processes

- Assist with Accounts Payable / Accounts receivable functions to ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments

- Support the Finance team on any documentation needs and administrative work, ensuring tasks are executed timely and effectively

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing diploma / degree in Finance/Accountancy

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets

- Highly motivated and willing to learn

- Can-do attitude

- Driven individual that is willing to work for the team

- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
