Alangkaar Pte Ltd is a Wedding and Events company established in 2021. We provide various services within the scope of events from Decoration, Photography, Videography, Planning and much more. We are a small team of 10 people including our overseas staff. Our goal is to provide the best valued added service to our customers and provide an end to end seamless experience in events and wedding planning.
Core Responsibilities and Duties
Organising,planning and executing multiple photoshoots and preparing itinerary of weddings to planning and executing of services booked.
Coordinating photoshoot ideas, requirements and plans between clients and our team
Building positive relationship with throughout the entire customer journey
Answering enquiries and follow up on leads via our sales channels
Working with Post-Production team to ensure smooth return of clients’ deliverables
Manage accounts payable and receivables
Working closely with the Director to assist to drive customer satisfaction and grow sales.
Responsibilities
Detail oriented and organised
Good eye for details and photos, videos.
Excellent communication skills verbal and written
Well groomed and pleasant personality
Must commit to retail hours, both weekends and public holidays for long term
1 to 3 years experience in customer service
Candidates with Diploma preferred
Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Forms
