Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs, illustrations, and layouts based on client briefs and requirements.
Develop design concepts, graphics, and visual elements for various projects, including but not limited to websites, mobile applications, marketing collaterals, branding materials, and social media assets.
Collaborate with clients, project managers, and creative teams to understand design objectives, target audience, and project constraints.
Conduct research and stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to ensure innovative and effective design solutions.
Use graphic design software and tools to create and manipulate images, graphics, and multimedia elements.
Apply design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition techniques to create visually cohesive and aesthetically pleasing designs.
Prepare and present design proposals, mock-ups, and prototypes to clients or stakeholders for feedback and approval.
Make revisions and incorporate feedback to refine and finalize designs within project timelines.
Ensure design files are properly formatted, optimized, and prepared for production or publication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as web developers, copywriters, and marketing professionals, to integrate design elements into final deliverables.
Maintain an organized file management system to ensure easy retrieval and archiving of design assets.
Adhere to brand guidelines, design standards, and project requirements to ensure consistency and brand integrity across all design deliverables.
Adaptability and willingness to learn and keep up with evolving design trends and technologies.
- Qualifications and Software experience
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Arts/ similar field
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshoot
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe XD
- Canva
- WordPress (if unsure will be taught)
Daily Duties
- Working with Marketing Manager and CEO to create various graphic materials outlined for the month
- Ad-hoc requirements from teams and Project managers
- Create content materials like posters, invitation cards, Flyers, logos Infographics etc
- Design collaterals for our marketing clients
- Meetings with the Marketing team to review performances and discuss new project needs.
Job Type: Full-time Internship
Salary: $ 1000 SGD per month
